Shipping is scheduled online when ordering

For an order of ONE board of raw wood:

Basket-> order-> pay (credit card, transfer: RIB sent on request, direct debit).

Once payment has been received, the order is prepared and handed over to the carrier for delivery to the address indicated when ordering (or to a relay point depending on the dimensions of the package; in this case you will be notified).

For an order of SEVERAL raw wood boards:

To avoid the accumulation of shipping costs: contact us to optimize shipping costs BEFORE placing the order (once the order has been paid it will not be possible to modify the shipping costs).

You want to manage shipping

You would like to place an ad on a parcel carpooling platform (e.g. www.cocolis.fr, www.bring4you.com...) or entrust the removal of the raw wood plank(s) to a passing acquaintance in Toulouse : Everything is possible !

You order in "PICKUP" mode. Payment by credit card, transfer (RIB sent on request). The product(s) are made available the day after receipt of payment up to 10 days. Withdrawal is carried out only BY APPOINTMENT (contact us) and within the time frame of availability. Beyond that, the order is canceled.

We alert you to delays which may not guarantee product availability. You need to handle the withdrawal quickly.

Volume: Certain raw wood boards outside the standard size or bulky are only offered in withdrawal mode. If you want to opt for shipping, it's possible! Contact us for a quote.

Shipping area: The prices indicated on the site only cover France, excluding Corsica, excluding DOM-TOM. Outside of this area shipping is possible! Contact us for a quote.

Under article L+336 15 13 26 17 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs which will be his responsibility. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent (products, original packaging). The amount paid is refunded after deduction of any bank processing fees.
